Rev. Shawn Hittle

Rev. Shawn Hittle built the Congregation of Eunoia from the ground up — literally. An ordained minister, self-taught administrative systems navigator, and dedicated flow artist with seven years of public practice, Shawn embodies the mission he leads.

Having lived the full spectrum of community transition in Ventura County, Shawn brings a level of credibility and authentic understanding that no academic credential can confer. He has taught himself federal contracting frameworks, nonprofit administrative process, and grant systems navigation — all while remaining deeply embedded in the community he serves.

Shawn's practice of contact staff flow arts in the public spaces of Ventura — daily, for seven years — is not separate from his ministry. It is the ministry: discipline, presence, and beauty made visible, freely offered to anyone walking by.
